REAL STORIES

I’m grateful each time clients take the time to recount their positive experiences. Testimonials give prospective clients a sense of the service and professionalism I offer. Please take time to read the following:

Having been there and done it at the gym I’ve been loving Jazzercise for the last 3 years. Whatever kind of day I’ve had, I always try to do 3 classes a week as I feel energised, have a giggle and am less grumpy (according to husband) when I do J It’s really good value for money and is a non- competitive environment where you don’t have to be wearing the latest gear or have your make-up on etc – I count the ladies I’ve met there as my ‘exercise buddies’ and, working fulltime and having a small person in my life, I love my 3 hours a week of ‘me time’. Give it a try!”

I want to say a big thank you to Keri and to all of the amazing team. I have been coming to Jazzercise for nearly 12 years and I believe that there isn’t a more fun way to exercise and to make new friends.

Thank you!

I started Jazzercise in Leighton Buzzard since January 2018, initially I wanted to join just get a little bit fitter and get some exercise into my working week and after trying the gym and other classes i thought I'd give jazzercise a go. I can safely say that after a few months I was completely addicted and i attend between 2 - 6 classes a week. The range of classes are fab with my favourite being the express and Strength 45 formats. Although, Jazzercise isn't just about the exercise, I have met and made some lovely friends and look forward to catching up with them each class. Jazzercise is now a part of my lifestyle and I can't recommend it enough.

I've read several articles that state that the best way of sticking to an exercise routine is to find a workout that you really love. Well, I've been attending Jazzercise classes for about 10 years so it must be true! As soon as the weekly schedule is posted on FB I get my diary out and plan which classes I can attend. There are so many to choose from I can usually fit in at least two each week. If you are thinking of giving Jazzercise a try join up in January to get a good start on the Quest 2020 challenge. This involves attending 100 classes and completing a number of fun tasks during the year. It's totally optional but for me it makes coming to class even more enjoyable.

Jazzercise is so many things to me! It is a great energiser before work, a motivator when I feel low, it is perfect for stress relief, a lot of fun and most of all, Jazzercise provides proper me-time and makes me feel so much more confident in myself. I love coming to class; thank you so much to the instructors, class managers and everyone there for creating such a warm and welcoming environment.
